(A) Statement on Publication Ethics & Malpractice of the Book (Series):
# Publishing policies are peer-reviewed to ensure quality and fairness.
# Manuscript submissions require authors, reviewers, and editors to declare any conflicts of interest.
# International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) is not a COPE member. However, International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) respects COPE best practices and welcomes author, reviewer, and editorial board input. International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) follows COPE criteria and maintains high academic integrity.
# UGC (University Grant Commission, India, www.ugc.ac.in) appointed eminent researchers and academics to executive boards to ensure academic and research integrity and publication ethics (https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/apps1/home/index).
# International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) executives closely supervise fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism from 2021. The International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) wants authors to provide text similarity percentages. Executives evaluated such similarities with the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH)’s Turnitin plagiarism Software. The Statement on Publication Ethics & Malpractice details all other noteworthy misbehaviour categories.
# The Editors follow International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) regulations and legal requirements regarding legal, copyright, and plagiarism issues.
# A conflict of interest happens when money or other personal factors compromise an author’s or reviewer’s impartiality. Authors and reviewers should disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that may affect their interpretations.
# Unpublished materials from a submitted work cannot be used in an editor’s research without written permission.
# Editors should engage with publishers to take reasonable action on ethical concerns concerning manuscripts and articles. Such actions usually involve contacting the document or paper’s author and considering the complaint or claim. However, they may also need extra discussion with relevant institutions and research bodies and, if the complaint is upheld, the publication of a correction, retraction, statement of concern, or other note, even if discovered years later.
Authors must certify that their research has been approved by ethical committees and/or review boards to comply with national, regional, and institutional guidelines for human or animal research, such as the WMA Helsinki Declaration (e.g., WMA Declaration of Helsinki [https://www.wma.net/policies-post/wma-declaration-of-helsinki-ethical-principles-for-medical-research-involving-human-subjects/] & [https://www.med.or.jp/dl-med/wma/helsinki2013e.pdf] , NIH Policy [https://grants.nih.gov/grants/olaw/guide-for-the-care-and-use-of-laboratory-animals.pdf] & [https://olaw.nih.gov/policies-laws/phs-policy.htm] on the Use of Laboratory Animals, European Animal Research Association [https://www.eara.eu/animal-research-law]) and that appropriate ethical committee and/or review boards have been sought and obtained. Authors should also ensure that human subjects have informed permission and respect their privacy.
# If sufficient evidence supports their misconduct, the authors will be alerted and given the chance to explain. If the author(s) cannot defend the case, the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) may reject or retract the manuscript and remove it from the website.
# Experimental plant research must follow institutional, national, and international standards. Field research must also follow institution, country, and international rules.
# Authors who commit misconduct will be notified and given a chance to explain if proven. Authors who cannot articulate their case effectively risk having their International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) reject or retract their manuscript and eliminate it from the website.
(B) Misconduct Management/ Handling of the Book (Series):
(i) If a reviewer or reader reports misconduct, the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) investigates and takes action based on the facts.
(ii) After finding enough proof of misbehaviour, the author(s) are alerted and asked to explain within a given timeframe.
(iii) In cases of scientific misconduct, fraudulent publishing, or plagiarism, the publisher and editors will modify the manuscript. In extreme circumstances, this may require a swift erratum, addition, explanation, or retraction.
(iv) The publisher will take reasonable steps to detect and prevent publishing articles with potential misconduct and will never promote such misconduct or publish the work.
(v) All authors must obey the terms and conditions and the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH)’s decision(s) on misconduct.
(C) Plagiarism Policy of the Book (Series):
#International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) strongly condemns plagiarism, which involves stealing and publishing another author’s ideas and presenting them as one’s own.
# The definition of plagiarism is:
-Plagiarism is changing words but copying a source’s sentence structure without citing it.
-Plagiarism is copying words or ideas without attribution.
-Unethical to copy someone else’s work.
-Placing your name on someone else’s essay or work is plagiarism.
-Failure to quote within quotation marks.
-Misidentifying a quote’s source.
– Plagiarism cannot be prevented by changing a source’s terms. Even if you keep the source’s main idea, you have plagiarised it if you don’t mention it. Crediting sources can prevent most cases of plagiarism.
# Declaring that something is plagiarised and giving readers the source can usually prevent plagiarism.
# Declaratory statement against plagiarism (All authors of a manuscript submitting to the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) ensure that:
Before submitting an article, writers/Authors must sign a declaration confirming that all sources were correctly credited.
– Using another person’s idea or published work to pass it off as one’s own is plagiarism, and authors and students know that doing so is illegal and bad.
(iii) The author(s) are responsible for their work, the article, and any citation mistakes or omissions.
We combat plagiarism.
– The peer-review process ensures the highest quality and fairness of evaluation and publication to maintain the highest ethical standards and avoid plagiarism. Specialist reviewers are invited for specific disciplines to assess and review submitted research articles.
Executives have double-checked such similarities using the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH)’s Turnitin plagiarism program.
Provide specific information to the author/authors.
(D) Authorship of the Book (Series):
Authorship carries responsibility and credits a researcher’s study efforts.
# Each author must have significantly contributed to the work’s idea or design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation, software creation, writing, or substantial revision.
# AND to have approved the submitted version (and any significantly updated version including the author’s study input).
# AND to have agreed to be personally accountable for the author’s own contributions and to investigate, resolve, and document any questions about the accuracy or integrity of the work, even if the author was not personally involved.
# When they meet the above authorship requirements, International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) expects to include them as co-authors. Those who contributed but didn’t meet the requirements should be acknowledged in the acknowledgements section.
# When an article is submitted to an International Academic Publishing House (IAPH), It assumes that all listed authors have approved of the article’s contents, including the author list and author contribution statements.
#After acceptance, the corresponding author is responsible for all proof information, including co-author names, addresses, and connections.
#After publication, questions about the paper are directed to the corresponding author, who must keep all co-authors updated and resolve issues quickly. Authors must notify the International Academic Publishing House (IAPH) of any errors in previously published work.
